04/11/11 - too many fireworks on Gogoyoko

We're delighted to announce that the entire too many fireworks back catalogue is now also available on the Iceland-based 'fair play in music' music website and store, Gogoyoko.

From today, you'll find a new Gogoyoko. button alongside each track or collection on each release page. Unless otherwise stated, downloads will mostly be cheaper on Gogoyoko.. Let's call them our prefered partner, so to speak.

We encourage any of our fans and visitors to sign up for the Gogoyoko. service as there is some incredible music to be discovered.

21/07/11 - less chat, more taxi

Today, we launch our new podcast series - less chat, more taxi. The monthly series will feature a collection of post-clubbing mixes by bands, artists and friends of the label. The first is by label owner Neil Milton under his pseudonym Allons-y! We hope you enjoy it.

11/02/11 - We Sink Ships: elements film

In August last year We Sink Ships, Neil Milton's now defunct art collaboration with Glasgow-dwelling Finn Heidi Kuisma, came to an end with a screening of a film, based on their elements photographic exhibitions, at the Edinburgh Arts Festival.

The film was created and edited by Sleepysoul, a Scottish filmmaker living in London and featured poetry by their friend Rhys Baker and a soundtrack composed and recorded by Neil.

Everyone involved agreed to put the film online for people to watch any time they want and you can now view the film in Neil's video section by clicking here.

You can also download a free, exclusive mp3 of Air featuring Rhys' poem recital and of course the elements e.p. is still available to buy from too many fireworks.

Finally, for the moment, Valentine's Doolittle compilation featuring Neil's cover of Wave of Mutilation is now available to download for free. Go get it!.
